To all users of the AROME-Arctic dataset on https://thredds.met.no/thredds/metno.html The model will undergo a version change on September 23rd 2025. Expected impact for users: Technical changes (file format, variable names etc): None Meteorological changes: The model will be updated to cy46, with updated surface scheme. Overall changes are reduced warm bias during summer, reduction in positive humidity bias, and other minor changes to be further communicated at a later date.
