Note: Due to request from Copernicus Marine Service we have postponed the end-date for Topaz. Since 2012 MET Norway has run the Topaz4 Arctic Ocean Model. This model is now being phased out and replaced by Topaz5. The last day of Topaz4 production will be January 31.February 29.April 4. 2024. The new Topaz5 model has upgraded ocean model code, upgraded sea ice model code, higher horizontal and vertical resolution and a lot of other improvements and added output parameters. The new Topaz5 model can be found under https://thredds.met.no/thredds/myocean/ARC-MFC/arc-topaz5-phy-bio.html and also from November 30. 2023 on https://marine.copernicus.eu/ as "ARCTIC_ANALYSISFORECAST_PHY_002_001".
