During the end of the announced maintenance ("storeA") this week we have encountered severe problems with our main storage ("storeB"). These problems have resulted in several outages today (June 20.) before we eventually had to stop exposing the entire main storage system. We are now running only on the reserve storage, which has the consequence that our long timeseries archives are not available, as well as many datasets under "Users" and "Projects". It is not likely that access will be restored before the announced maintenance starts next week. Please also note that we have not been able to get a smooth transition between the main and reserve storage systems, so for many datasets you will experience that there is a "hole" in timeseries or data files for this week, as we have not been able to transfer new files from the main storage into the reserve storage before the incidence today. This will also affect the most recent forecast models, so in the coming hours they may not be fully up-to-date. The state of each model depends on how frequently they are updated and when the last model run was performed. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has for users.
