The public servers have experienced a number of short outages the past days. The outages have not affected our priority users. We believe the outages have been caused by abusive use of WMS and WCS "scraping" of our datasets, with a huge number of different hosts that perform parallel requests to thredds.met.no This is a breach of the terms of service and we are considering ways to block such abuse.
