MEPS old archive moved

Due to capacity issues we need to move the oldest data from MEPS Archive/ (https://thredds.met.no/thredds/catalog/meps25epsarchive/catalog.html) to MEPS Old Archive/ (https://thredds.met.no/thredds/catalog/mepsoldarchive/catalog.html). The moving process takes time, so we will not remove access via MEPS Archive until the data in MEPS Old Archive is fully in place.
